Return Policy

: Customers can exchange/ return their order within 2 days after an order has been delivered.

: We both offer return and exchange on our product.

: After product is delivered ,you can returned when product is wrong and damanged.

: Customer will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid order before shipment.

: Contact us within 2 days of shipment delivery.

: The order will pick from your side and then we will ship a new order in case exchange or refund will be processed after verification of the received product.

:All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Refund Policy

: We offer both return and refund on our products.

: Customer will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid order before shipment.

: All the original tags and packaging should be there.

: In case of prepaid order if package is undelivered and has returned to us due to courier issue, then customer will be refunded.

: Refund amount will be credited in 7-15 working days.

Terms And Conditions-

Warranty period is 6 months (For Chargers & Cables) for any purchased product. All issues can be claimed within the period. Any claim after the period will not be accepted.

Customers will be contacted in minimum 48-hour time after any claimed issue.

If status of a order is 'delivered' on database but customer claims of 'undelivered' package, then the issue will be resolved on cooperation with courier and customer side.

Replacement or Refund will not be accepted in case of wrong order claim after using the product. We will not be responsible for any phone damage due to wrong product use.

Refund amount may take up to 7-15 days to reflect for any transaction.
